It's a TRIBUNE class, armoured infantry transport and support vehicle, done for fun and detail exercize, a bit in the syle of the BEHOLDER I've posted before.
I's a heavy hoovercraft, supported and proppeled by its masive 3 engines, relativley fast for its mass and size, often used for ramming throu weaker points in the enemies defences.
I'll be hapy to get your feedback on that one.
